Bodycam Loadouts and Attachments Guide

Plan Bodycam loadouts by role, range, handling, equipment, and attachment tradeoffs without unsupported stat tables or tier claims.

Loadouts After Locked & Loaded

Locked & Loaded made loadouts and customization central to Bodycam’s current player journey. Official Steam and Reissad material describe deep weapon customization, attachment choices, equipment, and in-world access through the tactical tablet and Shooting Range HUB.

This page keeps the useful part public without pretending to have a verified database. You can plan a kit around role and tradeoff, but exact stat tables, formulas, rankings, and builder outputs stay out of scope until they are observed or sourced.

Choose by Job, Not by Tier List

Job What to favor Tradeoff to watch
Close-quarters entry Handling, compact profile, fast target recovery Less comfort in exposed long sightlines
Angle holding Stability, visibility, controlled recoil feel Slower reactions if overbuilt for precision
Support and scouting Equipment awareness, communication, drone/RC context where available You may give up direct dueling comfort
Learning matches Simple, readable setup Fewer specialized advantages

Attachment Discipline

Treat every attachment as a feel change until exact current values are verified. If a part makes a weapon look stronger but hurts your ability to track through body-camera motion, it may be worse for your actual play. Test changes one at a time and keep a build only if it helps the job you picked.

The v0.8 #2 patch notes also mention fixes to broken or incorrect weapon, attachment, equipment, magazine, light, and part meshes. That is a useful reminder: after a major update, visual presentation and behavior may change, so old screenshots or third-party stats need a fresh check.

  • Tactical tablet explains where loadout decisions connect to the in-world interface.
  • Locked & Loaded summarizes the update context.
  • Controls helps if your setup feels hard to use under pressure.

Hard Boundary

No invented DPS, recoil numbers, attachment formulas, or best-in-slot rankings are published here. The public version is a loadout decision guide, not a database.
